"I came to know about Vishy through a financial advisor of CIBC whom Vishy had helped buy a house.  Her praises of Vishy and his services sounded a bit unbelievable until we started experiencing it. Vishy always meets with his client and family before the house-hunt begins to evaluate the needs and resources of the client. He has his own filtering mechanism based on the initial process before showing houses. Therefore, he shows only the houses we would like.
For me, the buying process started in the month of April 2012, when the housing market in the GTA got unnaturally and abnormally heated up and buying a house was literally a war. He showed us several houses, most of which we liked, on a daily basis at our convenient time. When he showed us the house I now live in, I told him that this was the house I was looking for and I wanted to buy it. He promised me that he would get it for me and he kept his promise. There were 36 potential buyers showed interest and forwarded offers to buy the house. Multiple offers finally resulted in an auction. It was here Vishy showed his expertise which was combined with sharp foresight and intelligence, precise documentation and prompt presentation. The bidding war started at 7p.m and prolonged until 10 p.m when we got the keys.
Believe me, Vishy’s services did not end there. He ensured that we were comfortably settled down in the new house – he helped us with buying the appliances, got the contact details of movers, information regarding school for my children, and so on. And, he is one who prays for you even if you are not a believer! I would say Vishy is the realtor for you."
